By using taskflow-agent.com or our services you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our services

TaskFlow Agent provides AI receptionist, website chat, booking and lead-tracking systems for local service businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are set out in a written agreement with each client. Services are subject to availability and to our assessment of suitability.

3. AI assistant

Our chat and voice assistants are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Responses are general information, not professional, legal, financial or safety advice. Do not use them for emergencies – call your local emergency number. Conversations may be recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Estimates and results

Any calculator, statistic or example on this website is illustrative only. It is not a promise or guarantee of any result, revenue or number of bookings. Actual results depend on your business, market and how the service is used. Third-party statistics are cited with their sources and belong to those sources.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use the site and services only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to misuse the AI assistant

6. Third-party services

Our site embeds or links to third-party services (including Calendly, a chat platform and OpenAI). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Communications

By booking a call or emailing us you agree that we may contact you about that request. We do not send marketing text messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The site content, name, logo and design belong to TaskFlow Agent or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, TaskFlow Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
